Description:
The original is available and prints are also available. Wood turtles were somewhat common where I lived in Northern Vermont. For reptiles, they are incredibly friendly and will take food from your fingers at first meeting. This painting is from an actual encounter with one of these amazing, friendly reptiles. It's shell was almost 10" in length.
